Technology is part of everyday life, supporting learning, connection, and fun. At the same time, it can quietly and gradually shape our habits and routines in ways we may not even notice. I call this Digital Drift™—the subtle shift away from intentional living that happens through small, repeated digital behaviors over time. The goal of my work is to help families recognize and understand these patterns and create more intentional, balanced technology habits for everyone in the household.
Digital Drift™ Family Reset - Assessment($225)
Duration: 45 minutes per session
I work with families to increase awareness of how technology is used in the household—by both children and adults. Parents are introduced to “Digital Drift,” my term for the subtle ways devices and screens can quietly influence daily life. Families reflect on current screen and technology use, notice areas where “drift” may be occurring, and begin exploring practical strategies to support intentional habits.
Outcome: Parents leave with a clearer understanding of their family’s technology patterns and actionable next steps.
This session can stand alone or serve as the first step in a three-part series for deeper guidance and planning.
